dissappointed

After a lot of research I found Patrick Nolan listed on the American Neuropathy Assn website. I was really excited to see him hoping this would end my long search for a doctor that can treat me. I made an appt and was told one time but then I received an email confirmation from an ADC staff the day before telling me my appt was 30min later than originally told. I showed up at the office 15min early to my appt and discover that the email I received was wrong and I was actually 15min late. Even after showing the staff the email, I was still told (quite curtly) that I could not be seen. I'm incredibly devastated as I can't get any more time off from work to re-schedule an appt. He was my last hope and I didn't even get to see him. I hope for his sake and the sake of future patients that someone at ADC sees this review and takes steps to improve their customer service standards.

Wonderful Professional Patient Service

Nice people. Dr. Debenkhe is my doctyor and he is the greatest. His Nurse Carolyn is tops too. I don't know the other doctors but at least with these guys you get personal and great attention. Blood tests are done right down stairs. This is one of the better experiences I have had with doctors and staff. They get you in on an emergency basis if need be and are respectful of your time in the waiting room. I love them!

Dr Anjali without compassion Nemawarker

This doctor got into medicine for the wrong reasons, as far as I am concerned. She completely lacked any kind of warmth, caring or concern for those just involved in an traumatic and painful accident and in fact harrassed us with accusatory comments which were completely offbase and untrue. Her examinations were grossly inadequate, her treatment was without regard to the welfare of us as patients to treat out pain and suffering, and seems to think ibuprofen is adequate to treat severe pain for numerous painful orthopedic fractures. She was not only unkind, she said she didn't care if we sought other doctors due to the fact that we protested one of the weakest pain analgesics would not be adequate for treatment for these injuries, and for doing so she said we "were manipulating the system". Her system apparently didn't involve running any tests, or plans for follow up or referralls to orthopedists, neurologists or pain management, despite having asked for these things. Her CNA didn't know how to take b/p or even recheck when she couldnt recall the score on mine. My girlfriend is in terrible pain, and though uninsured and we are paying out of pocket, now we will have to add paying for a new PC physician to our list of insults incurred. Her nurse suggested that if we got a pain management doctor that something sufficient would be prescribed for pain in the meantime, which apparently meant ibuprofen, for severe PAIN! This doctor suggests it is ADC policy. If so I won't find another ADC doc again. It is inhumane, and has left us both feeling prejudged, degraded, and completely treated without respect during our hardest days. She even had the nerve to talk about how she lost a nurse to a similar accident. One would think that would have made her more caring, not hostile! Pain management isn't her specialty, quite obviously, but it is part of general care, especially after trauma. If she can't prescribe in this instance she should make the proper referral

BEWARE OF DR. NEITSCH!!! (family practice)

DR. Neitsch is a horrible doctor. she doesnt know what she is talking about, and is only concerned about her time. if you want a good doctor who will give you time to explain what your symptoms are, DO NOT see her for it. she makes you feel small and gives no hope.
