Time for a long overdue review. I recently moved to Austin from NYC. It was imperative that I owned two vehicles. My job requires that I drive quite a bit, so I gotta keep my truck in shape. One is expensive, two is crazy, so we purchased a used Jeep Liberty, and a used Dodge Dakota. Both are in great condition, but they are not brand new. So I must have a great garage to go to when needed, I knew that it was one of the most important thing to have even before I left Brooklyn. So I looked on the web and found DUA. I chose DUA because they already had great reviews. They (Dwayne) helped me choose one Jeep over another by way of a simple inspection that did not cost an arm and a leg. So when I finally did pick the right vehicles, I brought them to DUA to be checked out and bring everything up to spec. Patrick at Dave's Ultimate Automotive has been nothing less than dutifully helpful. He has given me the best and worst case scenarios, helped me chose what to try and fix first based on my budget, and today he had no problem getting his hands dirty under the truck hood at no charge to me. Patrick always recognizes me, and it is always a positive experience talking to him, even if it is about something I wish I didn't have to fix, or money I really don't want to spend. They take care of business. I love it. My wife love's it. I would recommend Patrick, Dwayne, and crew at Dave's Ultimate Automotive on Howard Lane to anyone who needs to get some work done in a New York minute!!! -D

I've been taking my vehicles to Dave's for a couple of years now & I'm always more than satisfied. The Service is exceptional & prices are very fair & reasonable. I can count on not being "nickel & dimed" for service or estimates.If you didn't think "good old fashioned" service & fairness exist, go to Dave's, you won't be disappointed. I didn't even mention their convenient shuttle service!

I've been taking my cars to Dave's for years. They offer the best service and quality work I've ever experienced. Dave's puts its customers first and provides great benefits like a convenient shuttle service and discounts for scheduling in advance on its Web site. I cannot recommend it more highly.

The service at Dave's is awesome!! I have been bringing my cars to the shop for 10 years and now my children bring their cars to the shop. Everyone is extremely nice, professional, and honest. Dave runs a trustworthy business.
