The other day when I picked my dog up from getting her summer hair cut I realized that her ear was cut and bleeding. After taking her to the vet I found out that it wasn't a small nick, she actually has a piece cut off her ear. When I went to complain the groomer just shrugged her shoulders and blamed my dog. She didn't even try to stop the bleeding and there was NO APOLOGY. The management did pay for the vet bills and they are nice. But them having this terrible groomer shows a major lack of judgement. The groomers don't care about the animals....just fitting as many in to one day as they can to make more money. If you care about your animals well being don't trust them in the hands of ex moor.

I was happy to hear that they had groomers available to do a "while you wait" for my senior pet. He also, has had bad experiences at other places so it was good to know he was near and safe-I could hear the groomer singing in italian to him!!! I think he fell in love while he was in there! Hair looked great and he wasnt freaked out when I got him back like in the past...... Perfect place for the special needs pets-even got a brochure on massage for him if he wanted to come back. that was crazy but kinda neat too!

Not reccomended, their customer service is bad, and as a proof is the restricted conditions for delivering and picking up the dogs in terms of hours, and the eagerness to endorse an 'Urgent Pick Up or Delivery" fee to remedy any problems customers may have had with their timing. Demostrates no flexibility and they are taking advantadge of the pet boarding needs in Austin. The situation allows them to be rude and aggressive with customers. i.e the fact that Thursdays are the only days with extended hours shows that they require customers to buy extra days....

While their other services such as baths and grooming may be okay, stay away from their training. I learned the hard way the difference between good and bad training while going here with my dog. I took my dog to Exmoor for both their basic and CGC classes and it simply didn't cut it. While my dog and I did fairly well in this class, the bar wasn't set very high. I have since enrolled in another class at another training facility and the difference is astounding. Both me and my dog love our new trainer. It is a fun and rewards-based class (eg treats, toys and praise--whatever motivates your dog). It only costs slightly more than Exmoor, and you get so much more. If you really want good training and fun for both you and your dog, look elsewhere.
