Always cheerful when I go to pick up or drop off my clothes. They replace buttons without me asking. And have even called me to tell me there was a tear in my shirt (which I knew was there) and asked if I would like it fixed. I think they're excellent! Good job Four Sons! Most people wouldn't go above and beyond to help their customers. And these people actually care. How 'bout that?

Just recently became a regular customer at Quality Cleaners on Slaughter & IH-35. Counter person is always nice and friendly. They always have my clothes ready to pick up at the counter when they see me drive up. Now that's service! These people see plenty of faces day in and day out and to have them remember who I am is great. The service is fast and helpful. They answer my questions honestly, and always ask me how i'm doing. Keep up the great work gals! :)

I have used Four Sons' for ten years and have never had a problem. They are always on time, done right and reasonably priced. Keep it up guys.

Four Son's Quality Cleaners on William Cannon and Brodie completely ruined my jeans! I took my brand new jeans for a simple 2' hem last week. I had the manager measure and mark the jeans with my shoes on and told her specifically if the tailer did not think she could do it with a wide 2' hem, just like the hem they came with, to call me and I would take them somewhere else because I didn't want them messed up! Two days later I came back to pick them up and there were two unstraight lines across the bottom of the jeans, after much discussion and the manager agreed they looked ridiculous she suggested I send them back and she would have the tailer remove the bottom line and redo the top line and make it staight. So I came back the next day and they looked the same, she had taken the bottom line out but the black material was scarred so it looked like the line was still there. I had no choice but to take them since I needed to wear them that night. When I got them home and put them on with the same shoes the manager had measured them with they completely covered my feet!!! I went back today after the weekend as per the employee that CHARGED me on the day I took them home and spoke with the manager again and showed her the ruined material. She stated they did what I told them to do so they weren't responsible!! She refused to refund me for the cost of the brand new jeans OR EVEN THE COST OF THE SO CALLED HEM. I am so upset because I am a fair and reasonable person and they completely screwed me on my pants! The manager knows she is wrong because all along she kept saying "I don't know what went wrong, she normally does good work" yet in the end refused to take any responsibility for their actions!
