Honesty is the best virtue

It is so rare to find an honest plumber these days that when you find one, you want the whole world to know it ! We called Greenwave Plumbing because we thought we had a leak inside one of the bathroom walls. Mike Thigpen came and after a thorough inspection, he told my wife that we didn't have a leak, What's happening is that the shower tiles needs to be regrouted because the water is filtering through the tiles whenever we take showers. He recommended that we hire an expert to do this job and to make sure we spray the walls with clorex after they remove the old grout. When my wife asked him how much do we owe him, his answer was "nothing, I didn't do a thing" Amazing, isn't it? I hope we don't need plumbing services in the future, but if we do, you know who I will be calling. Thanks Mike. I'm sure that your honesty will be rewarded with more clients.

We've used Greenwave on a couple of occassions now and our experience was very positive. They were able to work me into the schedule, and more importantly...they came when they said they would. The technicians were both nice and professional. I found that they can be trusted to tell me my options, not just the most expensive thing, they seem genuinely interested in what is best for me in the long run. I called at 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon, their plumber was here at 4:00! Wow, that was impressive. Neat, clean and like magic my drain was cleared. Their ad says clear any drain for $99.00, guess how much he charged me? $99.00 Imagine that.... What more can you ask for? Handy Eye-Candy ; ) These guys are better looking then the Fox guys by a long shot!

If you are new in your area, you don't know wich plumbing co. is good. That I was it and they fixed my licking pipe next in the morning and they're very professional, friendly, honest and resanalble price. I was very satisfied with them. I definitely recommend these guys. Hyeyeong, Austin, TX
