I feel like a valued patient, not a number

I have had 2 crowns put in by Dr. Garcia, and I find her to be very professional and knowledgeable. She is very clear in explaining what my dental needs are; in a way that I could understand it. And she is very patient. I also appreciate the fact that she makes herself available for emergencies, even the weekends. I benefited from the service a while back. It has been my experience that so many professionals let other things get in the way of their patient care, but I get no such feeling with Dr. Garcia and her staff. Put differently, Dr. Garcia has put my dental needs first and foremost—that is, what is best for my teeth. The atmosphere is always pleasant—made even more so with their recent remodel. This office is amazing. The staff is friendly, and my hygienist, Winn, is the best. As an indication of how much I enjoy this office, I travel 50 miles roundtrip for my visits.

I've been a patient at Parmer Lane for one year and a half, and during my visits, I have been truly impressed with Dr. Garcia. She is caring and gentle, and I am extremely happy with her work, especially with my new bridge. Dr. Garcia has excellent chair-side manners—she really takes the time to listen to me. Her staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Also, the office has gone through an amazing transformation—they’ve done serious remodeling and the place feels warm and inviting. I would recommend to anyone.
