Renting Nightmare

I cannot believe how terrible this property management company is. It has taken over a week to fix a light bulb for the outdoors light. Today they "fixed" my hot water for my shower and, now, my sink doesn't work. I don't even know if these "workers" are licensed. Plus, they left their trash in my apartment. The costumer service is horrible, and the secretary a complete idiot. I've only lived here for about 6 months and will NOT renew my lease in May.

This is a terrible property mgmt company!!!! Not only do they not take care of their tenants...they don't pay the Realtors that lease their properties!! Its been over 90 days since I leased 2 of their properties. John Firnhaber is the jackass who runs this ridiculous operation and won't answer or take my calls or respond to ANY emails!!!

If I could give it no stars I would! Maintenance is unreliable, often time repairs take several visits to fix the same thing, quality of the repair is very poor, and all replacements are done with cheapest parts available. Customer service is usually little to none existent. They are rude and don't return or answer phone calls. I am very unhappy to rent from them.

Put simply- PMT is among the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. During the two years I lived in my apartment, I cannot recall a single case where PMT a) did what they said they would do or b) did not fight me every step of the way. John, especially is a nightmare. He is nearly impossible to communicate with. He is also completely incapable of accepting responsibility for anything he does wrong. Maintenance requests either take forever to be responded to or simply are ignored. I warn you. Do not ever, under any circumstances, for any reason, let yourself or anyone you know ever do business with this company. Ever.

II REALLY DONT KNOW WHERE ALL THESE NEGATIVE COMMENTS ARE FROM BUT PERSONALLY, I JUST HAD ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES AS A RENTER. ONLY RENTING FOR ABOUT THREE YEARS THIS WAS THE FIRST COMPANY TO REALLY STAND OUT AND POP OFF THE MARKET FOR ME. THEIR ATTENTIVENESS AND HOSPITABLE EMPLOYES MADE THIS HORENDOUS TRANSITION TOLLERABLE. THANK YOU PMT. FOR EVERYTHING!
