Terrible Leasing Company

If I could give it no stars I would! Maintenance is unreliable, often time repairs take several visits to fix the same thing, quality of the repair is very poor, and all replacements are done with cheapest parts available. Customer service is usually little to none existent. They are rude and don't return or answer phone calls. I am very unhappy to rent from them.

Put simply- PMT is among the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. During the two years I lived in my apartment, I cannot recall a single case where PMT a) did what they said they would do or b) did not fight me every step of the way. John, especially is a nightmare. He is nearly impossible to communicate with. He is also completely incapable of accepting responsibility for anything he does wrong. Maintenance requests either take forever to be responded to or simply are ignored. I warn you. Do not ever, under any circumstances, for any reason, let yourself or anyone you know ever do business with this company. Ever.

II REALLY DONT KNOW WHERE ALL THESE NEGATIVE COMMENTS ARE FROM BUT PERSONALLY, I JUST HAD ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES AS A RENTER. ONLY RENTING FOR ABOUT THREE YEARS THIS WAS THE FIRST COMPANY TO REALLY STAND OUT AND POP OFF THE MARKET FOR ME. THEIR ATTENTIVENESS AND HOSPITABLE EMPLOYES MADE THIS HORENDOUS TRANSITION TOLLERABLE. THANK YOU PMT. FOR EVERYTHING!
Dishonest and Unreliable

I moved into my first apartment a year ago, it looked great, it was close to campus, and it was affordable. weeks later I discovered all the problems. there was a hole in ceiling that poured water when it rained. the light in the kitchen fell down exposing raw wires and my ceiling fan started smoking. when I told PMT about these problems they said "oh, we will send someone out right away" a month later my ceiling still leaked, and I couldn't turn on the only light in my kitchen or my bed room afraid it will start a fire. After another month of harassment they came and fixed it in 5 minutes and got a roofer to come out and look at the roof. the icing on the cra p cake that is PMT is I found out 2 months after I moved in to my apartment by my neighbors that the previous resident had ODed and was found weeks later rotted on the floor. thanks alot PMT, I kinda wanted to know a man had died in my kitchen.
Horrible property management

For those of you thinking about leasing from them, look somewhere else. You have the choice of saving yourself some trouble. For those who own property and have an HOA through them like me, you are stuck with horrible service. Their staff is unprofessional, and treat their customers like idiots. They do not do anything they say the will do, and have horrible means of communication if any. I highly recommend you stay away from this joke of a company.
