this was the worst experience at a meical clinic ever. The front office was horrible it took me more than 3 hours to get seen and when i finally did it was no help to me. I talked to a michelle holle to try and resovle my issue here and she was a smart mouth that seemed like she didnt care much to what i had to say. She also was no help at all to me..what a smart ass she was. The whole staff there at victory was horrible never again will i go there and NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE IF THEY ARE SEEKING GOOD HEALTH CARE!!

Good: PA Hadley and his team at Victory Medical have earned my trust for the conscientious way in which they treated my sports injury. Instead of opting for a quick fix, Doc Hadley took the time to explain the alternatives, and thoroughly investigated the source of my pain. He has tremendous credibility, being a runner himself, and I would not hesitate to recommend him and Victory Medical to my friends. Good job, Ralph!. Bad: It seemed to take a while to get preapproval from Champus for my procedures. I don't know if that's because the request wasn't mailed off in a timely manner, or if Champus just takes a long time to respond. Not a show-stopper, just a little irritating.. Improvements: I'd like to see email accounts for each provider, so I could know my request is going right to his desk instead of into a generic mailbox.. Other: These are great folks..

Victory Medical is a great afterhours family care center without having to go to the emergency room for an illness. This clinic is open extended evening hours and weekends. They take patients as walk-ins as well as appointments so you may have to wait for a while. They nurses are friendly and helpful. Once you get back it's runs pretty efficient from there. Also to mention that all money is collected up front, before you go back to see the doctor. They do accept insurance but be careful because they may over charge you and they it takes a LONG time to get a refund. Make sure you know what you should pay before you pay it.
