Please please please never take you pet here if you are on a budget in any way shape or form or if you care about your furry friend. The staff (other than William) are rude, uncompassionate and only have one thing on their minds and it's not saving your pet. If you will notice they have three different points of reference on citysearch and the other two only got three stars, they should only get one. I'm completely convinced that all of the good reviews were written by the doctors and staff because outside of citysearch I've heard nothing but horror stories like the one on here about the dead python and the one I am writing now. My estimate for services was originally 550, by the time I puled my cat out of the clinic in a fit of rage it had gotten well above 1000+. The only way to describe Dr. Davis are in words that citysearch won't let me use (see my yelp review for this place). Dr. Echols is snide, condescending and incompetent. If you want to pay for their great big houses in Westlake then just send your money to the mortgage company, do your pet a favor. They were making up new illlnesses for my cat and adding fees on to my bill before even consulting with me. I have since moved my cat to a competent Veterinarian who has since confirmed my suspicions about this place. They have not seen the last of me, but they have seen the last of my money or my animals.
